Well her first album debuted with 130K and clearly this one is going to open even bigger so maybe. Problem is shaping up to be a huge hit and possibly a number one and that could make non stans/casual buyers interested in her.

Ariana is giving a throwback pop/R&B/urban sound, which definitely attracts older buyers.

But it sold more than Teenage Dream.

I see she's being underestimated once again.

I'm a college student and a good number of my friends are checking for ha.

Talent appeals to all ages.

I think she can. She has the tween/teen girl audience on lock and this more mature image and sound is definitely resonating with adult audiences. With both demographics on board + solid promotion, I think 250K is feasible.

To be honest no. She doesn't have the advantage of being a new artist this year and likely won't be promoted nearly as much and won't be up for as many deals like last year.

I think it's very possible for her at this stage. She has a bigger hit than anything from her last record, increased exposure. So I think she can and she's been doing promo out the ass so I believe she can.

The third single came out after the album was released.
It's literally been a week...I'm sure you've heard don't count your chickens before they hatch.
Especially not 5-6 months early...

Do y'all really think it will sell less than her debut though? We always try to tell y'all that Queen Ariri is coming, but do you guys listen?

Pease name this HUGE promotion because I didn't see no damn truck driving on the highway saying Yours Truly all over it. Y'all doubting her once again but just watch and contemplate I guess.

Well considering the week of it's release, she practically performed everywhere.
She performed Tattooed Heart and The Way at the AMAs last year.
She also had the Listening Sessions (Tour) which was a form of promotion of the album by previewing every song off Yours Truly before it's release.
She was the opening act of some shows on the Believe Tour.
She also performed Baby I and The Way at the MTV MVAs
