Cheating rumors will face all couples period, prime example is AubRih look at all the cheating rumors on their short lived union. There were cheating rumors about Jay with Rita Ora too and nothing happened to Bey's reputation or public image. And why would it affect Bey's image if Jay was cheating and not Bey?
