Shakes are not "meal replacement". They compliment the food you eat. There's no such thing as a meal replacement as whole foods are still the best way to get nutrients. You really wouldn't be full if all you take are meal shakes.
Try whole wheat bread for breakfast. With eggs and probably a grilled chicken breast fillet. It'll keep you going.
