Please, put your health first.
Trust me, I've been exactly where you are now. You think some crash/fad diet is going to get you really skinny, well it does! But good luck keeping the weight off. A really low calorie diet doesn't work in the long run, it's not something you can sustain, and you will eventually put all the weight on, plus more.
I started a diet January of this year. I was 12st and had quite a high BMI (25). By April 1st, I was at 9.5 stone and my BMI was 19. That sounds amazing right? It literally made me ill, I felt so unfit and tired all the time... and you even start binge eating to fill the void in your life. I'm back on track now, I'm at a healthy 11st and eating a good balanced diet. Funnily enough, I'm not gaining or losing, just sustaining. I'm telling you as someone who's felt exactly as you do... don't do it! You're body is worth more than that, if you treat it well, a good shape and figure will come naturally to you.

Ahh I see! Sorry, I thought you meant you weren't really eating anything.
I didn't take any pills, I was eating about 700 calories a day and working out like crazy. Don't take that road, you loose weight but you pay for it! You're literally tired all the time! There was this one time I was in work and went to the bathroom just so I could rest for 5 minutes. It also kills your complexion, I had awful breakouts and the shadows under my eyes were terrible. Here are some tips (healthy ones of course ) :-
- Drinks tons of water! I have two big glasses in the morning, two with my lunch, and two before I eat dinner.
- Invest in some vitamin tablets. You can get them over the counter for a small price, they do wonders for your skin as well as giving you energy !
- Green tea!! I swear by this stuff. It has a detox affect on the body, and fills the void of hot caffeinated drinks if you're a big coffee drinker like me.
- Spicy food kick starts you metabolism! So once a week, have something like curry or chili for your dinner.
- If you feel like snacking, opt for something like fruit! It has slow releasing energy and fruits like banana's can make you feel quite full.
Most of all, good luck!!

Count calories and excercise. There is no other way, really. Slow and steady wins the race.

Only eat whole grains and lots of vegetables. Peas are REALLY good for losing weight because of the amount of protein in them.

Use a bike to go to the mall, supermarket, your friends etc. I've been using my bike for basically everything everyday my whole life and my body doesn't know what fat is.

If you're starving, you're obviously doing something wrong.
Go to Myfitnessplanner.com and see how many calories you should be consuming with your activity level.

I can still eat whatever I want, it just depends how much and I MUST do cardio. Go on YouTube and search Cardio at Home exercises

To lose weight, you simply have got to make sure your energy out is greater than your energy in (so either eat less, exercise more, or a bit of both).
Starving yourself may be quicker, but it's not necessary imo, and can have other negative effects. You don't need to go so extreme with it.
If you get hunger pains, I recommend drinking LOTS of water. It fills you up, so makes you less hungry. Also drinking lots of water removes subcantaneous water in your body by lowering water retention (so your abs, veins, cheekbones, etc. become more prominent).
Also, things like fruit and vegetables can be good to eat. They fill you up to make you less hungry, but don't have many calories, so won't increase your weight very much.
Another thing I'd recommend is to abandon your "3 big meals a day" routine and instead eat small portions throughout the day (if you're not already doing that).
Also, research ways on the Internet to increase metabolism. MUCH easier to lose weight when you have high metabolism. Those guys that seem to be able to eat anything they want, not have to exercise, and manage to stay thin do so because of their high metabolism most likely.

You can't spot reduce fat. You can tone muscles in your face, but that's it. You have to lose more overall body fat to lose weight off your face.
