I got 2 taken out. My dentist was really hot, bless the lords. I was knocked out and woke up all puffy and it was horrible. All I ate or sucked was hard boiled eggs for a week. I swear to God, I eat on a different side then I used to before getting them taken out since one side healed more quickly than the other.
Had my two bottom wisdom teeth out last year. My poor parents spent a fortune on it (and they're not rich by any means) but I, as a final year uni student, obviously couldn't afford it the operation. Anyway it was fine, went in for x-rays originally, then on the surgery day couldn't eat in the morning and went in. Got the numbing injections and a needle in my arm (none of which really hurt tbh), then I was so woozy I barely knew what was going on until it was over where I put into a wee waiting room for a while. Then my flawless boyfriend (at the time) picked me up, took me home and put me in bed where I watched the Sticky & Sweet Tour DVD and sad there panicking the feeling would never come back to my face. However eventually it did and it was sore and I kept spitting blood and having to change blood-soaked bandages for a couple of days. Took about a week and a half to be able to eat crunchy foods like a normal person.
So basically it was unpleasant, but not that bad. So I wouldn't worry too much hunties.
I only had 3 wisdom teeth. My lower left bottom never existed, my top wisdoms are there but dentist thinks they'll never grow out. If they do though, will have to get them out as there is no room in my gums. My bottom right started growing out but got too painful so had it pulled. Just a numbing needle, swollen cheek & loads of pain killers. Prepare for lots of jelly & saliva in recovery
My first wisdom tooth is starting to grow! It's at the back of the top left, so it isn't near any of my other teeth so my dentist said I have nothing to worry about
But when I was a kid, after my milk canines fell out and the new ones started to grow, I got two extra canines growing on top of the new ones and had to go get them removed I served some serious vampire realness
