There were more than 19 songs made for the album though. There were a list of titles that leaked during Hard Out Here that she was said to have worked on:

Although some just have different titles, there were plenty of songs that didn't make the cut.
Especially since none of the songs she worked on with the producer of Bass Like Home made the cut.
Her putting out a "song list" exactly the same length as the current album, plus those two songs, without any other of the tracks, is basically confirmation that it was the original album.
Not to mention that's she's talked about these tracks in interviews.
