Before streaming was implemented (March 2012) it was easy just to add sales+airplay, and practically get accurate predictions. On-demand streaming (pre-Spotify #s) was very little and only made a difference every blue moon. I believe that's what they're referring to, which 438k would be more than Pharrell/John's combined sales and airplay numbers.

That was truly the one, last formula revision. The changing of weight doesn't really count imo, considering they're probably doing that every few months without announcement as they troubleshoot it with how the components shift in importance.

I don't it's possible for the numbers we can get from our formulae to be accurate enough for this situation because they get more precise figures than they tell us. Right now the closest I can get without going crazy with decimal points in the formula is:

Happy: 0.4% less than All of Me
Problem: 0.6% less than All of Me
Fancy: 23.4% less than All of Me

There's PLENTY of wiggle room within the rounding of the radio and streaming numbers to get their .009% and .013% figures, so I wouldn't worry about it.

Please get Ariana get a week for 'Problem'. I wish she'd gotten it this week, then All of Me for a week then Fancy.
