I just think they should remain seperate, I'd like to see just the actual sales of the best selling songs of the year, without streams. They can make a seperate year-end chart for streams
They're two different things and should have their own chart. Technically you could merge digital downloads with album sales too but nobody really does that often either
Or if they insist on a combined sales/streaming rank where streams are counted as sales, at least offer charts that is just streaming, and one that is just sales. Like how there's a Hot 100, but also Hot Radio Songs, Hot Digital Songs etc. It's more useful
