So no one's gotten a copy in the mail yet? Weren't these shipped like almost a week ago? I find it surprising that not even people from the UK haven't gotten their copies yet.

Maybe those who live close to/in the UK has it sent close to the release date and those further away gets it sent earlier so it'll arrive on Monday everywhere? I live in Sweden and it goes pretty fast to ship here from the UK and mine isn't shipped yet.

Over a week ago I got a mail that they'd take my money (and I have enough on the credit card), plus that they'd mail me when the order is shipped. Still no mail, so no shipment so far. I wonder what is happening.
