Hilary Duff is NOT releasing another 'Best Of' album!
Contrary to the rumors her official italian site began, Hilary Duff is not confirmed to be releasing a Best Of album (like 2005 "Most Wanted") instead of an album with 100% new material, her official website stated:
"The Italian Website is an affiliate fansite. To my knowledge we did not send out a press release. We will post all the details of any new music projects when the music team is ready with details. As I have said before, sometimes fansites get bits and pieces of information and they post when it is not quite accurate."
She already released one remember? "Most Wanted" was a best of album, so she can't release another one until she has at least 2-3 more records out. LOL I love NorMal's gifs. LOL

Most Wanted wasn't a best of album. It was a collection of her favorite songs to sing on tour plus 3/4 four new songs and new remixes. The only original songs on the album that weren't new or remixed were "The Getaway" (US radio only single), "Mr. James Dean" (not a single), "So Yesterday" (hit), "Metamorphosis" (not a single), "Fly" (semi-hit), "Girl Can Rock" (not even an official track from any album, just bonus), and "Our Lips Are Sealed" (from a soundtrack and was a hit in Aussie).
