Actually it's easy as hell..You got tons of vidoes of her from HM and interviews all she says in that voice mail is a simple line..Trust me I might not know how to do it but it's really easy to do with the right softwere.

I kinda think its fake cause i just imagine her voice mail message to say

Hey ya'll this is Miley. I couldn't reach the phone at the moment so leave me a message and i'll get back to yer. [Say it country like]

LMAO. Yeah, she probably would say that.
