B-list is for people like Lindsay Lohan.

C-list is for people like Ciara.

In the UK they also refer to what they call the Z-list (reality tv stars, the Kardashians, people who are famous for doing nothing).

As of now that is pretty accurate acctually.

well everybody knows who Lindsay is. I doubt many people over 30 or who don't listen to pop/r&b have even heard of Ciara. No shade. I like ha.

Ok some of y'all need to learn the definition of B-List and C-List

Britney, Xtina, and Gaga are NOT B-List. Everyone knows who they are. Even if they're not super relevant or popular at the moment, they're still recognized. Most A-Listers keep that status for life.

I think it's safe to say that pretty much all the "pop girls" we argue about fall into the A-list category

B-list would be more like, oh idunno, well-known stars like Chelsea Handler or Rupaul who are masters of their own craft but don't receive the same level of publicity as the megastars

C-list might include singers like Marina, Florence, Bjork, etc.; stars that have huge followings in their own right but whose names aren't really universally known



None of these lists really exist/matter anyway though, so WHO CARES!
