The high notes don't seem live but not 100% sure so I'll give her the benefit of the doubt. She sounded amazing. Best performance of it so far. I want her to slay this at an awards show though.
Amazing performance! She did everything right! But her singing is still weird for me. It's like she's not really using her chest voice. When she goes high it doesn't sound like she's belting at all. She's either using nose resonance too much or she's just mixing her head voice way too much. I think she's probably doing both. She sounds amazing of course and hits the notes but it's not powerfull or impressive. You can tell she struggles because her dictation is AWFUL. If I didn't know the lyrics I would never understand what she is singing. She needs to drop down a tone or two and use her chest voice fully. The overuse of mixing makes her sounds the same throughout the whole song. She is on her way to be great so congratz Ariana!
It was so adorable when she didn't hit the spin on time, and just laughed it off.
This is definitely my favorite performance of the song thus far. Her vocals, moves and look were on point. I can't wait for her to perform this with Iggy.
....And I get what they're trying to do by adding the choreography, but honestly its taking away from her performances (specifically showcasing ha amazing vocal talent).
Reminds me of when Mariah started doing it during the Butterfly era. Not necessary baby!

When you have such stage presence and an amazing song, there is no need to hide behind excessive choreo that jeopardize the vocals like some other artists
I remember first hearing of her because of her performance of "The Way" on Ellen... I thought she was so awkward and uncomfortable to watch.

She's cute when she performs but it's awkward to have Iggy's verse there when she isn't actually there. Just seems out of place since everyone is just dancing

She really overdoes the "Let's go" "Wooooh!"'s everytime she's performing an uptempo song though She's going to improve over the years though, she keeps improving now so why not give her a break. I love this tbh.
