Hairspray star Nikki Blonsy arrested! (UPDATED with video)
ET confirms the shocking news that 'Hairspray' star Nikki Blonsky was arrested after allegedly getting into an airport fight with "America's Next Top Model" contestant Bianca Golden in the Turks and Caicos Islands.
Nikki appeared in court this morning in a neck brace, believed to be worn as a result of an injury suffered during the fight.
Nikki and Bianca were both charged with assault and were both released on $6,000 bail. Nikki is due back in an island court on December 1, while Bianca is due back on September 17.
Nikki's father, Carl Blonsky, and Bianca's mother, Eleine Golden, were also allegedly involved in the fight. Bianca's mother was airlifted to Florida with a head injury, and Miami CBS affiliate WFOR reports that she is currently being cared for in the ICU of a Florida hospital. Mr. Blonsky was charged with inflicting grievous bodily harm and is currently being held at a Turks and Caicos jail where he will remain until August 8.
Nikki rules. Bianca sucks. Most models sucks in my opinion, only select few I would hang out with. Nikki is such a sweetheart and I bet you Bianca started it. I bet the fight had something to do with weight, as Bianca is a twig and Nikki is a tree.
This was the funniest news I've heard today. Nikki was such a sweetie when I met her last summer at the Hairspray premiere. The neck brace looks like a plot to me. lol
Apparently they were supposedly fighting over some seats at the airport that Nikki was holding for her family. Yes...seats. shakes head* No one knows what really went down but the people that were involved, and if something as petty as seats in an airport caused the brawl to happen, this is definitely much ado about nothing.

Her mom had to be flown to Miami because Nikki's dad was the one fighting with her. She apparently has a head injury and is in the ICU. Everyone is out on bail except for Nikki's dad who is in jail until August 8th.
