This sounds ridiculously exaggerated though. You don't thug it out in rehearsals and then moan that no-one's making a fuss over you. If she can carry on like a professional, she should continue to uphold herself like a professional, which includes not slandering your employer with unsubstantiated remarks about being 'heartless' and 'confused'.
