Well, I've been trying for 20 minutes to make one lousy MTV account so I can vote for the VMAs. It won't accept my damn profile URL. Every.Single.Time.I.Make.A.New.One. DECLINED. I have no idea what to do; has anyone here successfully created an MTV community account lately?
