After all that mess a few weeks ago about Capitol paying radio stations to play Katy Perry songs, it looks like they just did it again.

The song was played 2 times SO FAR, once per hour. They NEVER play the same song during "Most Requested Song of the Hour", according to them "Birthday" was the most requested song on twitter, facebook and ustream twice, even though
NO ONE was requesting it on those platforms. less than like 10% of the requests were from Katy fans.
Also, a song is always counted when played ONCE per hour, they always play the most requested at 7:55, but they waited until 9:02 to play it again so it would actually count.
Plus, they didn't tweet about the 2nd play because they say they CANNOT repeat the same song.
