That's not Hobo but Hippie style, but the clothing pieces don't complement each so that's why she looks she's going on a Halloween party. Besides, who goes barefoot on a public, filthy ground ?
She does look cute. I think it's great she has such a strong sense of individuality at such a young age. She's got her whole life to conform to what is expected.
