But anyway, the person can try to sue but they won't get anywhere. I doubt the image is copyrighted and once you post something on the internet without any copyright information, you pretty much lose any legal rights to it's privacy.
Watching people to defend him is just cringe-worthy at this point. We should just stop talking about him altogether on here (even though we mostly have.)
