I think Mockingjay has the biggest chance. Followed by Hobbit and Transformers.

None of the others will make it IMO.

The Amazing Spider-Man 2 - $680m
X-Men: Days of Future Past - $570m
How to Train Your Dragon 2 - $840m

Dawn of the Planet of the Apes - $760m
The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1 - $880m
The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies - $1,040m

The Expendables 3 (has a lot of hype, I can see it crossing $500m, but $1 billion is very unlikely)
