Lil Wayne did the same thing before Tha Carter III, and that didn't hurt sales at all, in fact, releasing some of the songs on iTunes beforehand may have actually helped his sales.
With that being said, no way do I think that the Jonas Brothers will sell as much as Lil Wayne, but releasing some tracks on iTunes prior to the release will not hurt their sales, especially since the songs are selling well on iTunes.
