It is IMPOSSIBLE to the release being next week because of the UK release of West Coast is May 18th. It will come out after that, the June 2nd date is accurate

Pre-order next week with the video would be perfect

It would make more sense for just the video to be coming next week and not the whole album, but he said Ultraviolence in the text, not West Coast.

Tropico was also a 30-minute Short Film (3 songs + interludes). Just imagine the editing that goes into that, hence the delay. There's no reason why West Coast should take much longer to come out.
