In my opinion Hilary has already the whole album recorded and she's just checking up the songs and recording background vocals and stuff like that. Autumn starts in September, so my bet it's that album will be out some time in September/October to keep her albums chronology (August and September for Metamorphosis, Hilary Duff and Most Wanted).
But again, that's just what I think

Maybe, MAYBE. Younger can see the light in October and then in November Hilary can release the album.. I don't really know. I hope that the album is already finished or will be finished by August (when Younger starts to film).
