Do you ever hear some songs blaring from cars or around your way, that are completely the opposite of what you'd expect considering the racial / age group of the people you live in your neighborhood?

Around my way, its basically top 40 **** along with spanish music/reggae, but there have been SOME songs that catch me WAY off guard. Examples:

Tool (Unsure of what song exactly it was, but it inspired this thread)
Linkin Park, "Hit the Floor" (along with select singles of theirs)
System of a Down, "Chop Suey"
Korn, "Freak on a Leash" (but this was YEARS ago)
Limp Bizkit, "Rollin' (Urban Assault Vehicle)"

Hot As Ice in a tv ad for some show in our tv(Israel), I mean they used Gimme More and Piece Of me but Hot As Ice?! The other 2 were singles and quite known but HAI was never released or anything...They usually use commen songs.Anyways @ Blackout rules tv ads

When you hear songs that you think only you know, then friends or people in school are playing it. When "When I Grow Up" first really got released, I was walking with some of my friends, and one of them was playing it, and I was like, how the hell did you hear that :-O?

Everytime I hear someone blasting a song other than 50 Cent it's unexpected for me.

You everything here. Rap, Hip Hop, Country, Pop, Jazz, etc.

So basically, anything not on the radio that is being blared is surprising to me.

When I was driving my car there was a guy in his 40's blasting up to Nelly Furtado's Say It Right lol

I'd probably go crazy if I heard any of Korn's non-singles around these parts, and maybe ask whoever was driving for digits, out of principle alone.

Since American singles are usually released in Europe after a little delay, it's always surprising to see somebody listening to a song that I know, but that hasn't been released in Europe yet.
