I shower daily cause I feel pretty dirty and sweaty when I wake up.. but I do not use shampoo daily because of the exact reason he said.. but more like every two days. once a month would be too less for me
I have to wash my hair daily if I want it to look clean, unless I'm using some special anti oil shampoo at that time. However if not for that, I wouldn't shower daily. Every other day probably.
