I know, I used to watch the Dutch version when I was little. His voice is insane. Seriously, i'm not just saying this, but back then sometimes the Dutch dubs would be better than the original english versions.

Fun fact: the beginning of Circle of Life with that African shouting actually translates to something like "This is a lion" or whatever it's close to that.

It's in zulu and they're saying

Sithi uhm ingonyama [Oh yes, it's a lion]

Oh, I definitely agree. Even the current Dutch dubs have some hidden gems (like Willemijn Verkaik as Elsa, who I saw in wicked along with Bill van Dijk ironically)

Neither of those are opening songs. And neither of those are better than Circle of Life or Bells of Notre Dame.
