Everything about this case gives me goosebumps. I find internet stories (i.e creepy pasta) don't spook me because I know they're fake. But with the Elisa Lam story, the CCTV proves there was something odd going on. At first glace you would suspect she was intoxicated, but what's more unnerving is that the autopsy proved otherwise.
The fact she was found naked (despite being fully clothed in these moments before her death), in an area of the hotel that was extremely difficult to access. It's like someone else was involved, but the CCTV never picked up on it. It's really, really spooky.
