It's actually pretty common to release a ton of promo singles. (Taylor, Lea, Gaga and even Katy has done it before.)
Teenage Dream is only 12 tracks. California Gurls, TD, Circle The Drain, ET, and Not Like The Movies were all released before the album too.
I Wish & Sirens are actual singles so there's only 3 promo tracks out currently.
Me too. I have a feeling we aren't gonna get this until it is released
