I wanna stay in NYC but have a nice penthouse in Brooklyn or something.
It'd be nice to have a Spanish style home in Southern Cali and a getaway in Morocco or Brazil, too.

Either Long Beach, CA or Miami, FL.
I just want to be in a beach town.
It'll probably be Miami. I'd rather deal with the threat of hurricanes over earthquakes.
