I think her label will wait til the Summer when it's quieter. I know she'll write & record this in a heartbeat, if anything it'll be Capitol that will push it back. I think the plan is to get I Blame Myself on Pop radio next month and follow up with either 24 Hours or Boys (I know for a fact Capitol are considering these) in the Fall to coincide with the tour.
So by the time she's finished the US tour, which is happening at the end of the year according to Sky, album 2 can be released and capitalize on the momentum she's built up. Of course, this will require IBM and single 3 to do something on radio which I doubt will happen knowing Sky's luck.
