If there were always stars dressing weird and it was nothing new for Gaga, then why do some of you like to say she "relied on gimmicks", and she got so much attention for her outfits?

the difference is people like Gwen, Madonna, Roisin Murphy, Rihanna, Katy, Lana...... they dress extraordinarily but still keep it abstemious to make their fans and GP can follow their style.
on the other hand, lady gaga always overdoes everything. her outfits only match the halloween, carnival ect ect what really overshadow her musical work and make people give attention to her outfits more than the music, while others artist only dress weirdly like they want in video, at event, stage but not in ordinary life but Lady gaga did. actually dressing unnecessarily weird in ordinary days is the only reason why she is photographed more than other celebrities not because of her style, her sense of fashion a disaster really. however her gimmicks are not just about outfit but many other things, use gay as bait to sale music, discount, flying dress, naked video.......many other things
and finally i think that i should better admit everthing you said about gaga impact to make sleep better this night .
