It shouldn't. If you like a song it's not necessarily an indicator of whether or not you're into the same sex, a song is just a song.
Now whether you stan as hard as the average gay guy or not is a clear indicator that your lifestyle may be questionable. Still even then, it's in no one's place to outright assume anything of you.
