What if the album was just called Act II? Not ARTPOP Act II or anything like that, just Act II. Kind of reminds me of a rebirth in a way. I'm totally here for it tbh.

POPART would be the cleanest rerelease title, but it will invite a lot of analysis and oppertunity for dragging. 'She thought the last album was art first?', 'So is she saying she sold out by now putting pop first?' etc.

Act II works because it's not too tacky (a la 'ARTPOP: Reloaded Aura Edition etc) but it still relates to ARTPOP.

What are the rules for rereleases? Can she name it whatever the hell she wants without referencing ARTPOP at all and just sell it together as a package (and as a seperate EP)?

Whatever the case, she needs to do a few things for Act II imo:

• Musically: make it progressive, experimental and ******* insane. I want 7 minute songs and abrasive tempo/structure switches. Her mistake was calling her album ARTPOP and making it really boring in terms of structure.
• Tack it onto Act I as a rerelase. Could call it ARTPOP Acts I & II, or ARTPOP Anthology, but it would mean that regular ARTPOP could go for a lower price (permanently, now) and it would be a messy TF(M) situation in some territories so they could merge the sales and alleviate the flop image of ARTPOP.

I would say make a concept out of the album but ARTPOP in general is a very weak motif. She should move on after that and deliver a Rubin, Darkchild and DJ Snake dominated urban-tinged, progressive pop album. Make it about the decay of the blonde popstar, write about fame again (her forte) and deliver that ratchet, high princess era.
