She's got that slight rasp to her voice that makes it really good for pop/rock, why did she sound such a mess when it got to X Factor live shows?

demi was her mentor, and she ****ed over all of her contestants and the most ironic thing is, they ALL had an insane amount of potential to be the breakout star of the show.

Even if thats true, it's not like Demi could make her sound like ****? She did that on her own.

This. She oversang the majority of the time on The X Factor and was always so pitchy. She always struck me as an artist that would probably sound better recorded though. She sounds good here!

Everyone knows that the "mentors" on The X Factor US were not really mentors at all. And it's no one's fault that CeCe couldn't sing live
