Y'all realise this is essentially the same as them holding a conference but instead they play a video of the announcements and footage as opposed to Reggie standing there delivering iconic lines and the info himself.
Its called marketing. Selling/hyping/ etc. I guess we just have to "please understand."
Yeah, after looking into it, Nintendo is doing something way better than a E3 conference.
This is actually really great promo, getting the games directly to the gamers from E3. If they pay for some online ads for all these events or even real world ads, this could be their best E3 alternative.
The wise choise, they better bank those coins for the next gen. There are no games upcoming that would benefit from E3 and people are gonna buy Mario Kart and Smash anyways.

So their going to have a tournament? I don't think the gaming community is going to hyping the Mario kart battles going on when ps4 and xone will be introducing the real next gen gems at this year's e3.
