A Maryland teenager is being charged as an adult in the alleged rape of his 8-year-old female cousin.
Solomon Pule, 14, was turned in to authorities last Monday by his mother, according to CBS Baltimore.
Rightfully so, you are not a child anymore at fifTEEN. He knew what he was doing was wrong, that's why he threatened to cut her if she said anything. That's absolutely disgusting and he deserves the most intense punishment possible.
