Dr Luke and co. (Max Martin, Billboard, etc) may have swiped the entire production team away for their own personal gain but Femme Fatale is actually much more groundbreaking and hard hitting than Blackout will ever be. Yeah, Blackout was dark, cold, and distant in a seducing way but FF completely changed the game by incorporating and popularizing dubstep in mainstream Pop while experimenting with progressive electronic Pop, aka "Trip To Your Heart" and "How I Roll" etc. These producers gave their absolute best to this album. Will.I.Crap did not do so for BJ but "Big Fat Bass" is actually pretty dope production wise, as well.
Say what you want about Britney Jean and how Danja needs to executive produce her next album or whatever (I love the work he's done with her too), but don't compare the situation with BJ to FF when Dr Luke and Co. actually made FF Britney's best album on a production level. Still to this day, FF remains to be the most progressive mainstream pop album of the last decade.
You hit the nail on the head. FF is one of Britney's best albums, tbh.
I really love BJ, its actually my favorite Britney album. BUT it still sounds like lazy and i dont know why. I need her effort in making the album, she needs to be passionate again
