Beyoncé's touring power is in Europe is huge. Even in very small countries like Sweden, The Netherlands and Belgium with only 10-18M people she could sell out stadiums with over 100k. In the Netherlands she's the biggest female touring act for sure.

I don't know about the US but she's huge there too.
