I could not believe someone saying yes....like, it's still your brother/sister. in what culture would you hate them or stop loving them? Infidelity is that big of a deal, I mean it hurts emotionally to some degree but you don't stop loving your brothers or sisters or jail people because of it...

Why wouldn't I, they didn't do anything wrong. My mom has a half sister from an affair that her dad had and she talks to her and doesn't hold negative feelings towards her. They didn't choose how they came into the world.

I wouldn't hold anything against them, but I also probably wouldn't be in his or her life, especially now that I'm an adult. I already don't use my dad, so if it was on his side, I definitely wouldn't care for the kid.

If they were actually a part of my life and stayed with my parent, sure.

It doesn't matter if you like them or not, they are blood you have to put the personal prejudice aside. Always stick by blood, whether right or wrong. That's what my ancestors said!
