Honestly, I do not think Ariana has surpass both Selena and Demi at all.
Maybe we can make an argument after Ariana's next single in the States, but if you include worldwide, its not even close. With the current numbers, no, but I am interested to see how Ariana's next single does.
Really Don't Care should be released in the next few months, and then we can compare again.

I wouldn't compare a lead single to a fourth single though. It'd be unfair and that wasn't shade to anyone.

She's much more talented musically than Selena, and Demi has been lacking star power as of recent. So yes to them. Nobody can get on Miley's level though.
