So inspiring sis... I work with people who i caught someone talking major **** about me but I still smile and work with them. It is what it is.

I don't really care. I used to be really bothered about it but they'll get theirs so I don't give a damn anymore

It really depends on who it is. If it's a relatives, I keep it cute and civil. Will not ever laugh with them or so. Just fake smile and keep it moving. Keep minimal contact. If it's a friend, I will ditch them faster than a five dollar hoe.

If it's other than my friend/family, I don't care.

We all talk behind people's backs, doesn't mean it's bad. As far as maligning people behind their backs, slander, I don't do that....ever.

If people talk about me I don't care. At best I'll laugh.

Well, it depends on what is being said...
Like, if one of my "friend's" are talking badly about me to my husband, then we have a problem.

If it is something little, I just let it go, it's no big deal, we all do it

LOL.. I once had a whole set of people on Google Hangout talk about me... I work for wwe but in the immature department i call it. lol.

i hate it. it's really distasteful and i don't put up with it, i confront the person and hold a grudge.

Now what do you think about people you wok with but they are like 'ATRLers' I mean they speak and say the terms such as 'Extra', 'Shade', 'Girl bye', etc. ? I mean it's a mess then they have the nerve to talk behind your back.
