You shouldn't have to say anything if it was anything like mine. They will just call your name(along with other people) for whatever you achieved and you go up there and shake your principals hand(or whoever is handing it out) and take your award and then go back to your seat
What do you consider as fit though? I feel rude asking people's weight, I consider fit as just like, a flat stomach idk. I wish I had the motivation and time to get a six pack
