The triangles you see on stage will obviously open and close and I bet that will be her entrance. And then the four blocks you see on stage will probably move up and down a la MDNA stage. I don't think it's possible the stage itself transforms because, like, that could put the crowd in danger. Unless it transforms a la BTWB stage where it opened to reveal new sections.
I hope the production is big but not so big that it overshadows her. That has been sort of a running theme this era and people pay to see a performer entertain, not the production.
