Asking for files via PM is warnable (or saying stuff like PM me if you have it etc), it doesn't matter if you say not in the thread. You could always send a help request but I don't think they'll reverse it
Thank you for letting me know, sis

Thank you for explaining it to me, Retro. I did not literally ask for a download link, though. I asked if somebody has got the song because, like, everybody does it like that all the time. I know file sharing is forbidden on here for a reason, I got the warning and I respect it but why did I get warning points for this even though people do it all the time on here? That's what I do not understand.
PRiNCE HiGH needs to be threadbanned from the Birthday thread ASAP, they're just trolling, and it's really not appreciated. They've said nothing but negative, degrading things towards Katy in Stand Your Ground, and then pretend to stan for her and praise her in the Birthday thread when it's underperforming.
Warning a post does not mean that we attribute any sort of gravity or significance to it. It simply means that the post violates a rule; we warn and move on. Your post is indeed vulgar, and we do in fact know that masturbation is a real thing.
Three self-quotes - I just counted - without a reply from another member, with one instance of double posting, and in the span of just 5 minutes. It was a bit disruptive, you have to admit.

Well, you did say "if anyone has the file of this" - we're supposed to warn unless you specify that you're requesting a streaming link.
No, but I'm kind of missing the part where this avatar does so, unless you were referring to another one...
I see Katy moving her hands like a person with Down Syndrome and you can also read: "I woke up like this, I woke up like this". Using a genetic disease as an insult is really offensive and crosses the line imo...

I simply see her moving her hands and quoting a Beyonce lyric - and that's all I saw in the video that the gif is from. Yeah, I agree that it's incredibly offensive to try to use Down's Syndrome as a drag or insult, but that avi just plain doesn't do that. If the member's user title, posts, or sig do that then feel free to report that.

Yes, I'm sure that Katy Perry hater has an avi of her singing a Beyoncé song.

Since you are a Little Grander like me, okay I'll let you win. At least I know how to not cause a #Problem (out now on iTunes) next time.
Yes, I'm sure that Katy Perry hater has an avi of her singing a Beyoncé song. And the lady in my avi is looking at the stars while that old man tries to catch some thrown candy.
He does have that avi, though. That gif was made by a Katy fan, and he took and resized it. If you want to prove his intentions with the avi then go right ahead, but he's had that for months without anyone else assuming it's related to Down's Syndrome and the video clearly has no ties to Down's Syndrome. If his posts mention it, then that's one thing and that's warnable - but I'm not about to make any member take down their avatar without a solid basis to do so. If the avatar is, alone and without context, offensive, or if the user's title, username, NP, or sig are offensive, we can do something. But if you're assuming based on the posts rather than the avi itself, nothing's going to be done because the avatar itself is neither offensive nor referential of DS in the slightest, in any respect.
And as you edited into your post, please do let it be. This isn't going anywhere.
No. But if you ask something like "Can anyone post a Youtube link where I can listen to the song?" then that's okay.
I really don't want to tick you off but people are constantly saying: "If you have the song pm me", and I think it's unfair that I get two warning points for something that people do over and over again on a daily basis. But anyway, I guess there's no point arguing about it any longer. Thank you, Retro and Razzle, for taking the time explaining it to me. I accept the warning but I really feel hard done-by.
