Katie can we combine bases

I don't get why the Base TICON thread was closed. If it is really alliance it should have its own base. Rih and Yonce have their independent ones, so we need TICON to accommodate the alliance.

You do have a base, it's the discussion thread. Fan Base threads are for legitimate celebrities. You would be discussing the exact same thing that you already are in the current thread. We don't give out Fan Base threads to movements.
