Hey guys, I'm really confused whether to or no to upgrade to iOS7, some people said its so good, some said it sucks, I'm currently on iOS6 on my iPhone 4s!

is it right that the iOS7.1.0 is the best for iPhone 4s?

I have an iPhone 5 and it made it slow. iOS 7 graphics are nicer but I'm not sure it's worth it. Wait until you get a new iPhone

Um. It definitely is more useful to me but I liked the look and feel of iOS 6. Your choice.

EDIT: The people who said it sucks most likely just think the design sucks, but overall it is more useful

Girl just play around in settings and change all your preferences. I have a 5 as well and it didn't make mine slower not to mention its even over capacity

lol my 4 has it. tho the first update made it slower but it gotten faster and better after the latest update

Don't upgrade for 4&4S but it works fine with 5&5S imo.

My 5 became super fast after in upgraded to iOS 7. My brother who has the iPhone 4 put it on and it's made it so slow. I've heard 4S is a pretty mixed bag.

OP what I would do is backup your phone and then upgrade it to iOS 7. If you dislike then just restore that backup.

I updated when I had my 4S & it ruined my phone. Made it unbearably slow and everything crashed all the time. I have it on my 5S now & it works a lot better. I would wait

I feared that my 4S wouldn't really work when I updated but everything is fine I recommend it.

well the 4 & 4s are older hardware than the 5 & 5s, so it will run more smoothly on the later devices, I'm also pretty sure you can't downgrade if you update to iOS 7.1, so if you have a jailbroken phone you might want to do a little research on imore or something

Mine phone's a 4 and I thought it was worth it. The overhaul is just stunning, and anyway my phone was somewhat slow already, but it still works well.

My dad's 4S lagged. I don't know.. Give Macrumors a visit but your mileage may vary
