This man has obviously never met or been exposed to any Autistic person. It would be impossible for him to speak so ignorantly about the subject if it's something he had any experience with. He has obviously never investigated the subject and is not aware of the different types of Autism (each that effect communication abilities to a different degree) and is therefore dumb enough to believe that he can pigeonhole essentially all cases of Autism into this claim that it's just brat behavior, and not a true mental disability.
Perhaps he should take some of his own advice...
