Thank you! People give Gypsy wwwwwaaaaaaayyy too much credit. Let's look at the facts:
1) ARTPOP is
not a flop. It is a flop by HER standards.
2) Gaga became successful from being a trend-setter.
3) Trend-setting mega-success cannot be replicated by a generic, radio-frendly single.
4) It may give her a top-ten single but so what? ARTPOP's problems, Gaga's problems are so much bigger than single selection.
5) Ironic that the people who are slagging off Marry the Night are for Gypsy; toooonnigghht, anyone?
