'Feedback' was WAY popular though, I hadn't met ONE person that hadn't seen the video and/or heard the song and could sing the chorus. 4real, it was catchy as hell. Had she gotten big promo for it (like an award show performance) it would've been top 10, it went top 20 on no promo right?
Now if they'd released 'The One' as the second single, and shot a hot video, and then released 'Luv' as the third single with a decent poppish/happy video, and then 'Rock With U' as a international. "Discipline" would be near platinum by now in the USA, and have sold way more worldwide.
Yes, I've noticed that with Janet albums recently, they promote the week of album release, but do not promote singles at all.
I'm surprised we got the few performances of "Feedback".
She should try releasing an album when there's an award show such as the Grammys, AMA's, to boost sales.
