This is what I tried to convey to the people at American Eagle.
I was a Shift Lead manager, and the other managers thought they could treat the employees how ever they want, and I'm like no you can NOT do that. If you make an associate hate their job, they're NOT going to want to come in, and when they have to they won't produce quality work.
I ALWAYS went out of my way to tell an employee if they had did good, or had a good sale.
